This is the first episode in a series of future episodes dedicated to Iconic Toys from the 1980s and 1990s. Ask yourself this: Has there ever been two decades with more iconic toys than the 80s and 90s? Well, some may make an argument for the 60s and 70s and some younger folks might point to the 00s, but I think the decades of my choice stand very tall in the toy department.

In this first episode dedicated to the decades iconic toys I wanted to start with one that has held the test of time and is perhaps as prevalent now as it was when it was introduced to the masses in 1989, The Koosh Ball.
There‘s a lot of fun facts about this toy and it’s design and the creator himself. How many of us have these bright and rubbery balls sitting around our houses and garages and sheds and yards right now? It’s one of my favorite toys of the time and continues to be to this day.
